December 16, 2020 update

UPDATE: For the safety of our customers and staff, we will be closing all branches at 3:30pm today (Wednesday, December 16). 

We will be closed on Thursday, December 17, 2020 due to the timing of the predicted heavy snow fall. 

We currently plan to have our drive-thru lanes open on Friday, December 18, during normal business hours.

Our office lobbies remain closed at this time and new deposit accounts and loan applications continue to be available by phone, through online services, or by appointment only to ensure that staff is available to serve you. Thank you, and please take all precautions to stay safe.

November 20, 2020 update

Dear valued NNB customers,

As a precautionary measure to protect employees and customers, we have closed the lobbies at all branches, effective Monday, November 23, 2020. 

The drive-thru lanes remain open at these locations. ATMs and night drops are still available and are being serviced at these locations as well.

New accounts and loan applications are by appointment only at all locations. Please call for appointments so that proper arrangements can be made to provide these services.

We thank you and appreciate your understanding as we work together to do what we believe is best. as circumstances may require.

Please observe these important points:
  • In compliance with the continued standing order by the Governor, all employees of the bank and any customer or vendor who needs to enter any of our buildings must be wearing a face mask. To learn more about that order, click here.
  • We will have signage stating that masks are required to enter the office for transactions or appointments.
  • If you prefer to not wear a face mask, please continue to use the drive thru for transactions.
  • You may be required to show your ID to enter the office so please have that available.
  • DO NOT wear sunglasses, large hats or “hoods” into our offices.
  • Appointments will still be REQUIRED for deposit account openings and loan accounts. The requirement for appointments will allow us to space customers for social distancing and allow time for cleaning protocols. 
  • Please let us know of any special accommodations you may require to attend an appointment.

For everyone’s benefit at this time, we have put the following preventative health measures in place:

  • We may limit the number of people in the branch at one time
  • Any person entering the branch is required to wear a face mask at this time
  • Plexiglas shields have been installed at all teller stations to avoid germ spread
  • Hand sanitizer will be made available in all branches
  • Please observe floor markers in lobbies to ensure proper social distancing
  • We will adhere to certain cleaning protocols

We’d also like to remind you that with NNB digital and mobile banking services, you don’t need to leave the comfort and safety of your home to manage your accounts with us. You can complete virtually all basic banking transactions remotely. You can check your account balance, make certain account funds transfers, pay a bill or even deposit a check. Just log into online banking from your computer, connect using the NNB app on your smartphone or tablet, or call our self-service telephone system “TeleConnect” at 888-866-6629.

We continue to understand that this COVID 19 crisis may cause a financial hardship for some of our customers. We want you to know that we feel we are in this together when events like this happen and we are here for you. If you are experiencing difficulty in meeting an obligation you may have with NNB, please contact your lending officer or the bank in general at 888-877-6623. We can discuss the options we have available to maintain your loan account if meeting the regular obligation is difficult due to you being directly impacted financially by current local and national circumstances.
