Q: How can I access my credit score?
A: Credit Sense is built into Norry Bank’s online and mobile banking, so you don’t need a separate login. However, you must enroll and agree to the terms and conditions before using the product.
Q: Is there a cost to use CreditSense?
A: Norry Bank provides CreditSense services and products at no additional cost to our customers. No credit card information is required to enroll.
Q: Will CreditSense share my credit score with Norry Bank?
A: No, you can read CreditSense’s privacy policy here: https://www.savvymoney.com/privacy-policy/.
Q: How often does my credit score get updated?
A: If you regularly access your accounts through online and/or mobile banking, your credit score will be updated every seven (7) days and displayed within the online and/or mobile banking platform. You can also refresh your credit score and full report every 24 hours by clicking “Refresh Score” and navigating to the detailed CreditScore Dashboard within online and/or mobile banking.
Q: Will my credit score be “pinged” and potentially lowered?
A: Checking your credit score with CreditSense is a “soft inquiry,” which will not affect your credit score.
Q: What if the information appears to be inaccurate on CreditSense?
A: Each credit bureau has its process for correcting inaccurate information, but every user can file a dispute by clicking on the “Dispute” link within their credit report.
Q: Will this score be used when I apply for a loan with Norry Bank?
A: No, our financial institution uses our lending criteria when making final loan decisions and no access to your CreditSense credit score.
